Services

Homefront Health Care offers 5 levels of services to assist the individual to remain in their home.  The services include:

Home health aides
Homemakers
Nurses
Lifeline
Companions

Each office is supervised by a Registered Nurse.  There are client care coordinators who unite clients and staff. We encourage a long term relationship between client and staff, which will allow the client to remain at home.

Upon contacting the local office for service, the nursing supervisor will provide a free visit to evaluate your needs.  A care plan will be developed, coordinated with your physician.  Upon your approval, we will begin services.

The Nursing Supervisor will also visit periodically to ensure the effectiveness and quality of your care.  We will also provide ongoing information, guidance, and referrals, as needed.

Depending on your situation, our fees may be covered by insurance, or federal or state agencies.  In addition, we are a non-profit organization and partner agency of the United Way of Southeastern New England.  This enables us to offer our services on a sliding fee scale is you are not able to pay the full amount.
