Homefront Health Care produces a monthly cable show on Cox Cable called "Elder Independence". The target audience is homebound seniors and their caregivers who find it difficult to attend educational meetings outside of the home.
Elder Independence will cover such topics as communicating with your health care provider, medication usage and the elderly, programs that are available for those needing help at home, and advance directives.
