CNA & Homemaker Training
Homefront Health Care provides both RI Department of Health's approval for Certified Nursing Assistant Training and Homemaker Training.
The Certified Nursing Assistant Training at Homefront Health Care consists of 96 hours of classroom training and 30 hours of clinical experience, which includes 8 hours of instruction in home care with at least 6 hours of clinical experience in the home. Upon successfully completing the training program, the student is eligible to sit for the the state examination to be registered with the RI Department of Health.
Criteria to be considered the CNA class includes passing a 7th grade reading comprehension test, a clean state-wide criminal background check, and documentation to legally work in the United States. Documentation of immunizations required by the RI Dept. Health. Admission to the class is by invitation only.

Homemaker Training
Homefront Health Care's Homemaker Training Program is approved by RI Department of Health.
Homemaker Training consists of of 20 hour of classroom instruction and 5 hours of clinical experience. Upon successful completion of the homemaker training, the students receive a certificate.
